No. You pick a customer, add your products or services, and BILLX calculates the amount before tax, the VAT and the total. You can save a draft and finalise it later.

Yes. An accepted quote becomes an invoice in one click: the customer, lines and amounts are carried over without retyping. You can also issue a credit note linked to an invoice and track partial payments.

A free plan lets you get started. Paid plans, monthly or yearly and billed in dirhams, raise the limits and add advanced features. Current prices are shown in the Pricing section.

Create your account with your email address, then complete your company details in the settings. Your company’s ICE is required to finalise an invoice; you can prepare drafts before entering it.

Yes, if you connect an online payment method in the settings. You can also record payments received by bank transfer or in cash: the invoice automatically moves to “Partially paid” or “Paid”.

Your company’s data is kept separate from other accounts and is only accessible to the people you authorise, with role-based permissions for your team. You can export your invoices, quotes and payments to PDF or Excel at any time.

Yes. The interface is available in French, Arabic, English, Spanish and Tamazight. Each user chooses their language, and Arabic is displayed right to left.
